S / M / L is the sleeve size — the massager is one size and its straps adjust. Measure 10 cm above the middle of the kneecap.

Before you order.

What's the difference between a set and a twin?

A set is one massager plus two compression sleeves. A twin is two massagers plus two sleeves. A single is the massager on its own, in white or wood grain.

Which sleeve size?

Measure 10 cm above the middle of the kneecap. S for 33–38 cm, M for 38–43 cm, L for 43–48 cm. Between two, size up.

How hot does it get?

45°C, 50°C or 55°C at the pad. Fifty-five is properly warm — start on low.

Will it help my arthritis?

We can't tell you that, and be wary of anyone who does. It's a personal massager, not a medical device, and isn't cleared to treat anything. If you've got a diagnosed joint problem, ask your doctor whether heat suits you.

Does it stay plugged in?

No. Charge it over the Type-C port on the base, then run it cordless.
